Designed especially with the aim of ensuring a smooth learning experience for players of all ages, the JP191 MKII builds on the ethos of JP to encourage the use of rarer instruments. Features
  • The JP191 MKII is a reliable yet durable student bassoon and features a strong silver plate keywork mechanism increasing the instrument's longevity and reducing the need for regular services. Constructed from a maple body and finished in a clear lacquer, the instrument has a rich and warm sound. To increase playing comfort and ease of progress, an adjustable playing spike and balancing arm is included as standard.
  • The JP191 MKII is supplied with a choice of two crooks to comes supplied with a reed to get students started. A lightweight case is also included and features backpack and a shoulder strap. High spefication componants are used throughout including robust YKK zips and two sturdy carry handles. A small internal storage compartment provides the opportunity to store small accessories and cleaning equipment.
